5.1 xp786 operates a mandatory KYC process in compliance with its obligations under internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) frameworks. Completion of KYC verification is a prerequisite for processing any withdrawal from the Platform.

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Member's own name. xp786 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC clearance. Withdrawal processing times are approximately three minutes for JazzCash, five minutes for EasyPaisa, and same-business-day for bank transfers, subject to the internal compliance review process. xp786 reserves the right to extend processing times where additional verification is required.
xp786 reserves the right to refuse, delay, or reverse any deposit or withdrawal where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or where required to do so by applicable law or compliance obligations.
An Account that has not recorded any login or transaction activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months shall be classified as dormant. xp786 may apply a monthly administrative fee of Rs 200 to dormant account balances. Members will be notified by email prior to the application of any dormancy fee.
7.1 All sportsbook Wagers on xp786 are accepted subject to the specific market rules applicable to the relevant sport or event. Cricket, PSL, UFC, football, and all other sport-specific rules are published in the sportsbook help section and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
7.2 Odds are quoted at the time of Wager acceptance. xp786 reserves the right to decline any Wager, limit stake sizes, or restrict access to specific markets for any Member at its sole discretion without providing a reason.
7.3 xp786 will not be liable for any technical errors that result in incorrect odds being displayed. In such circumstances, xp786 reserves the right to void affected Wagers and return stakes to Members' Wallets.
7.4 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) Wagers are accepted subject to network latency. xp786 reserves the right to void in-play Wagers where the outcome of the event was already known at the time of acceptance due to data feed delays.
7.5 Void Bets. A Wager shall be void if the relevant event is cancelled, abandoned, or does not commence within forty-eight (48) hours of the scheduled start time, unless otherwise specified in the applicable market rules. Void Wager stakes are returned to the Member's Wallet.
8.1 xp786 Casino offers live dealer games, video slots, table games, and other gaming products provided by third-party software studios. The rules of each individual game are displayed within the game interface and shall govern in the event of any dispute relating to that game's outcome.
8.2 All games on the Platform use certified random number generation (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer tables, are conducted by trained human dealers. xp786 does not manipulate game outcomes.
8.3 In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round shall be void and all stakes for that round returned to the Member's Wallet. xp786 is not liable for losses arising from technical interruptions beyond its reasonable control.

13.2 xp786's total aggregate liability to any Member in respect of any claim arising from or related to these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.3 xp786 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
13.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by xp786's gross negligence, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
14.1 xp786 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.
